BENU is the biggest pharmacy network in Central Europe. Since 1994 part of Phoenix Group, one of the leading company in medicine distribution in Europe, operating in more than 27 countries.
We were approached by BENU to help them create a new mobile app as a supplemental digital channel. There was also an opportunity to implement new legislative changes about electronic drug prescriptions within their existing digital solutions.
Our goal was to keep the app as simple as possible while keeping all the requested features.
We build the applications around the main features with the legislative changes in mind. There are some serious limits for electronic prescription BENU app must meet. These are welcomed by consumers, because it adds a new layer of privacy and strictly commands how to handle user data. Meanwhile, it can produce some challenging use—cases we needed to solve as designers and developers.

We approached Goodrequest with a request to take over the development of our mobile application, which was before completion. After a few weeks from the beginning of the collaboration, the guys started coming up with ideas that we can use today to provide our clients with comfort when using the application. We are glad that the cooperation did not remain only with the original intention, but switched to cooperation on the creation of the product itself.
