Although Kika initially admitted that facilitation is not the favorite part of her agenda, she considers it necessary. It is an integral part of the design process. For me, on the other hand, facilitation is one of my favorites, and I certainly agree with its importance. I, therefore, recommend that you devote your time
to education in this area and to listen to the experts from practice.
We started the event with a presentation on facilitation. We have shown
the popular Double diamond design models where you can use it everywhere - from kick-off meetings, through creative brainstorming or sprint design and much more. For those who do not know the design sprints, we have prepared
